Today is Ian M’s birthday. Last night we went to the Gladstone Hotel with friends Roger and Marina, Noel and Liz, and Dave to celebrate.
We’ve only recently “discovered” the Gladstone, though it’s been our local for three years. It’s had major renovations within the last few years and the atmostphere is friendly. The meals are tasty and reasonably priced, and the beer is cold! We think we’ll be going there more often in the future.
