Today I met up with a few friends from my high school group, Ros, Fiona and Kathy.
We were part of a large group that hung around together at school and after school for a few years. Great fun and great times that I can still remember.
Some parts of the group had stayed in contact over the years, but now thanks to the wonders of Facebook in particular and the internet in general we’re all finding each other again.
It was fun to have a bit of lunch and catch up on what we’ve all been up to over the last xx years since we left high school. We’re hoping that sometime soon there will be a big reunion with the whole gang.
I hated high school. But hanging with this gang made it bearable.

Last night we spent new year’s eve at Noel and Liz’s place, along with Roger and Marina and Noel and Liz’s friends John and Laura.
There was good friends, good food, good drink, great music, interpretive dance and an accidental fire. Just what every good new year’s eve needs!
